A worker cooperative is a business owned and democratically controlled by its employees. Each worker-owner has an equal vote in major decisions and shares in the profits of the business. This creates more engaged employees and fairer workplaces.

EconChangers focuses on cooperatives, ESOPs, non-profits, and other mission-driven organizations. Our FlockTank platform is designed specifically for democratic workplace fundraising, with features like team hiring, community engagement, and expert guidance throughout the process. We're building an entire ecosystem for democratic ownership.

Yes! Under SEC Regulation CF, anyone can invest in crowdfunding campaigns. Non-accredited investors have annual limits based on income and net worth, but everyone can invest at least $2,500 per year. Accredited investors have no limits.

If a campaign doesn't reach its funding goal, all investments are returned to investors (minus any processing fees). This 'all-or-nothing' approach protects both entrepreneurs and investors.

No prior experience is required! EconChangers provides expert guidance through every step of the process, from initial concept to launch. Our team helps with business planning, legal structure, and operational setup.

In EconChangers cooperatives, 50% of profits are shared equally among all worker-owners, regardless of position. The other 50% is reinvested in the business. This ensures everyone benefits from the company's success.
