By accessing or using the EconChangers website and services ("Services"), including FlockTank, FlockWorker, and FlockList, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

EconChangers provides a platform promoting worker cooperatives through three integrated services:

• FlockTank: Crowdfunding platform for worker cooperative investments under SEC Regulation CF
• FlockWorker: Business operations and management tools for cooperatives
• FlockList: Marketplace connecting cooperative businesses with customers

3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. By using our Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

Some features may require account registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

Single Sign-On (OAuth)

EconChangers serves as the central identity provider for all EconChangers LLC properties, including FlockTank, FlockWorker, and FlockList. By creating an EconChangers account:

• You may use your EconChangers credentials to sign in to affiliated applications
• When you authorize a third-party application, you grant that application access to specific information as described during the authorization process
• You can view and revoke application access at any time in your account settings
• You remain responsible for activities performed through authorized applications

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. This includes:

• Using a strong, unique password (minimum 12 characters)
• Enabling multi-factor authentication (MFA) for enhanced security
• Reviewing active sessions and authorized applications regularly
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access

5. Investment Disclosures

SEC Regulation CF Compliance

FlockTank operates as a funding portal under SEC Regulation CF. All investment offerings are subject to securities laws and regulations. Key disclosures:

• Investment opportunities are speculative and involve significant risk of loss
• Past performance is not indicative of future results
• Investments in startups and early-stage companies are illiquid
• You should only invest what you can afford to lose
• Non-accredited investors are subject to annual investment limits

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of EconChangers or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. User Content

By submitting content to our Services (comments, feedback, messages), you grant EconChangers a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with our Services.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ECONCHANGERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY INVESTMENT LOSSES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EconChangers and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
